SEND Team

Michelle Grayson

I qualified as a primary teacher in 2002 and I have worked as a SENCO in two other schools over the last 7 years.  Three years ago we came to live in Sussex and since then I have been getting to know how the East Sussex SEND system works! I love working with children and families and I am excited to now be here at Parkside. Each week I will be in school on a Monday or Tuesday or both and I very much look forward to meeting you all.

Natalie Wilding

I qualified as a primary teacher in 2008. Last year, I relocated back to Sussex, after living and teaching in Derby for 12 years. Most of my teaching career so far, has been working in an Enhanced Resource mainstream primary school, specialising in Autism provision. I am looking forward to bringing my knowledge and experience to help the children and families of Parkside. I will usually be in school on a Tuesday and Thursday.
